English translation (please let the video run, preferably till the end, while you read, to support the channel:
"- There were souls on Earth, cast down souls. They were not incarnating.
- It was hot and humid, like in a pot of boiling water.
- It's as if the souls were sent on Earth. They didn't have their vessels.
- Souls are emissaries. They have to find vessels for themselves.
- When a soul loses its vessel, it has to jump into another vessel.
- A soul can live without a vessel, but a soul's desire is to enter a vessel.
- When a soul leaves a vessel, it quickly starts looking for another one.
It is soul's nature, duty, desire."
