"- This crash will also cause... the fall of the dollar. But it'll be planned. The vision calls the new currency Binar. Dollar - Binar. I don't think this name will make sense in the future, but that's what I've felt - Binar.
- There'll be two currency systems. Asian one, which will be saving itself from the crash and the crisis of western countries, and the western one, dependent on the "binar".
- When hard currency, real, physical money collapses... the new money will bring total surveillance. It'll be explained by saying that this great crisis happened because of insurance companies' and other's shenanigans. That their shenanigans collapsed the whole monetary system in western countries. But it'll be nonsense. It'll be purposeful excuse, and based on this explanation, they'll be pushing... they'll be pushing total control of the digital money.
- It'll be very strange with this digital currency, because you'll have your own card... don't know... something like that... which you'll use to withdraw money... and look... now, when someone doesn't have money, they overdraw. Depending on the bank's knowledge of the customer, you can overdraw some amount even without bank's approval. But it's small amounts. With this new currency, strictly digital, when you run out of money, you'll be able to live on credit for some time... credit, which you won't have to apply for, you'll just pay with your card... not withdraw because there won't be money, but pay with it... up to a certain moment. It'll be the bank which will decide when you are insolvent. And you are left with the debt. In reality, there'll be a lot of people in debt because they'll be able to use deep overdraft in difficult situations. But at some point banks will be blocking the card usage... and important... you won't have access to another one. Because in this new system you'll be able to have only one means of payment. And everything will have to go through it."
