- But you know what else strange I've felt? There was vegetation... lots of this vegetation... but there were huge trees... trees as tall as castles, huge. Dinosaurs were very big, but these trees were even bigger. Huge trees. There are no trees like that now.
- A fissure in the Earth's crust. There was such a powerful earthquake... a massive earthquake... that part of the Earth's crust cracked... and the Earth's core spilled. It spilled through the cracks. And it happened around the Middle East, through the bottom of the ocean, and part of Africa, Madagascar, the island next to Africa. A crack in the Earth's core. It may have been the biggest earthquake on Earth.
- Sulfur. Foggy from sulfur fumes. It didn't last long, but it was very poisonous.
- And another strange thing for those times... that... there lived... or were... these flying nymps... these flying little ghosts, there were lots of them on Earth. Transparent... like little ghosts... they were flying around."
