English translation (please let the video run, preferably till the end, while you read, to support the channel):
"- (Putin - mind reading)
- A strange thing, but I've felt it the second time now. Trump (Putin?) suspects or knows ... that China wants to use biological weapon, cunningly. Such a weapon... which would decimate people... where it'd be released. It may be a virus, it may be... something else, but... biological weapon. Biological weapon so powerful, so decimating people that... war fever would cool down... because international tragedy would be happening... for which there'd be no cure.
- The end of this year... where we almost are at. It's almost October, November, December, 3 months, 90 days. According to Putin, some things have to happen... still this year.
- Still this year, Putin wants to run such an invasion that... Ukraine will be by itself/isolated (?). HE is thinking this way. I don't know how I'm supposed to understand what I've felt, but...
- Another strange feeling, for the second time, I didn't want to say it the first time in case it was just a thought... but I've felt it for the second time, that Europe... In Europe there'll be... great energy crisis... this fall, this winter. But it'll be... a total energy crisis... that Europe won't be able to handle/overcome."
