English translation (please let the video run, preferably till the end, while you read, to support the channel):
"- (Putin)
- Russia will want to issue a very firm... it won't be an appeal, it'll be some Russian regulation... regarding... attacks on Russia... and Russia will draw a red line... Putin will draw a red line... political one... threatening that... helping Ukraine militarily, and logistically in this war ... will now be treated by Russia as... taking part in attacks on Russia. It'll be a red line... after which, if Russia ... did attack ... strategically, some place... military one... or logistic one... beyond Ukraine, so let's say Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, or Poland... according to Russia, it'd be justified because after all they had issued this regulation... this warning. And either countries which are helping Ukraine stop doing it, or they'll be pulled... thanks to this regulation... into this conflict, meaning... "we had warned", "and you keep doing it". There'll be such a red line drawn... and once this red line is drawn... Russia's approach towards this conflict will totally change.
- And October - November is a very important time. This time period... according to my visions... will be decisive. During this time... the intensity of the war between Russia and Ukraine... will increase a lot... and it'll escalate."
