English translation (please let the video run, preferably till the end, while you read, to support the channel):
"- Ladies and gents... today I've been feeling... all day today... this strange need... strange feeling... to warn you... that... the time is coming... of a big false flag... which will start happening in the world. And it won't be only regional operations anymore. Now, many nations will be drilled. I can feel... that whatever will be happening... will be, in a sense, an international plan. I can't fully understand this feeling... but... I can feel it very strongly. Something will start happening internationally. Creating a feeling of a great threat. But also, things will be happening... which will justify the threat. But it'll be... planned, it'll be a kind of game. These things may happen still this year... and we have to take into consideration that we have very few days left this year. Around 60 days, two months. I had this feeling earlier, in the summer, in the spring... and I told you that... (it'd start) mid-November. But, these feelings are coming to me very strongly... exceptionally strongly today.
- But today I can feel it as a false flag, as... planned international actions."
