Russia doesn't want to agree with Ukraine just yet... because Russia doesn't want to end the war in Ukraine on principle that... it keeps these three oblasts that it has taken during this war... and that it also keeps Crimea, which was already annexed long ago... Russia wants to get more... if they end the war with Ukraine... it won't get any more... because it won't have leverage any more. So, Russia wants to make a deal concerning countries... such as Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Poland... perhaps Slovakia... Romania... because right now it has leverage to... make a deal on this matter.
- He's talking about some December operation. That some Russian operation may start in December... some Russian surge... not a war... but creating appearances of a future war... and because of that... creating a reason for international talks.
- So Russia, in a sense, is getting ready for a great bluff, with which it'll want to catch Europe, among others. So that Europe agrees to concessions regarding some countries... and one of these countries is Poland.
- Restriction on membership of some countries... some European countries' (membership) in EU... wrong... NATO. And it'll be about Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Poland, Slovakia, Romania."
