English translation (please let the video run, preferably till the end, while you read, to support the channel):
"- Lavrov
- Russia is getting ready for a full-scale war. Russia knows about some meeting... of some leaders in Lithuania... and that it was a secret meeting. And Russia knows the arrangements from this meeting.
- Russia is getting ready for a serious attack deep into Ukraine... and it'll start still this year.
Russia is mapping... some military places in Europe.
- Twice, I've felt... 22nd, 22... but I don't know what it refers to... whether to a month...
- In case... in case of Russia's attack... on any European country, NATO country... Lavrov... I can read from Lavrov that ... he knows about the US's inaction. The US won't react the way it should ... in the event of a Russian attack on any country that belongs to NATO... in Europe."
