English translation (please let the video run, preferably till the end, while you read, to support the channel):
"- (Lavrov - mind reading) - We should be prepared that this year Europe may have quite a serious problem with energy, with natural gas, but also with food.
- I have an impression that we are... that our country, not only our country... that we are facing something very important. Something that hasn't happened since the beginning of the war between Russia and Ukraine. And we are dangerously approaching this moment.
- You know what I've sensed? That time may come when for some time, a short period of time but, they'll make it difficult for us to travel. International travel perhaps. They'll say that it's for a short period of time.
- There'll be no war, yet... but there'll be tension. There'll be waiting. Some will be saying it's a game of appearances... in order to somehow intimidate, and to temper Russia's intentions. There'll be tension. Tension, which will be supposed to show readiness.
- There's a plan of the battle of Ukraine. If Russia launches an attack much worse than the attacks happening so far, there's a plan, to join the conflict."
