English translation (please let the video run, preferably till the end, while you read, to support the channel):
"- Politicians in Poland, but not only in Poland... have some plans. They've been given some plans. It's connected to NATO, it's connected to America (the US), and these plans talk about getting ready. But politicians are supposed to reassure citizens... so that people don't realize... the seriousness of the threat. And politicians have guidelines, action plan. So, it's not really about whether Russia wants to attack us, but it's about that there's some plan, coming from NATO and America (the US), which may... be action... helping Israel somehow, but in a different way than so far... which may increase... Russia's activity in NATO countries. So... Typically, it's seen this way, that ... Russia, since Russia isn't really getting ready...... so...... it's not doing well on the front, so...... meaning, it's not doing well because the war is still going on... so Russia won't attack NATO or some NATO country. But this explanation isn't really...... It's just one explanation. Because I have a feeling that... politicians, including Polish ones... have some plan, directions... for actions that are to come into effect. But if these directions come into effect, if they are carried out, then... there'll be a real threat for some NATO countries, including Poland.
So, we shouldn't be only looking at Russia's actions, but we should be looking if NATO countries aren't... if they don't rush something... don't make some decision... and this can cause threat for some NATO countries, including Poland."
