English translation (please let the video run, preferably till the end, while you read, to support the channel):
"- (Lavrov - mind reading)
- September 20-22. I have an impression... that September 20-22... Russia will launch a very serious attack on Ukraine.
- Russia wants to break Ukraine this fall. Do you remember when it was the beginning of the war in Ukraine... I said that we should get ready for so called "turtle war". This war would proceed at a turtle's pace, very slowly and for a long time. Today, this statement sounds right. The war has been going on for several years... looking at the front map it looks exceptionally turtle-like. I have a feeling that this fall, Russia wants... to change this. This fall, a decision will be made, it has already been made... a decision has been made about breaking Ukraine.
- Infrastructure is to be destroyed in very many places in Ukraine.
- September 20-22. It's not that some wars will start over here, but... since that time everything will start quickly intensifying, And political narrative will change too. Politicians won't be as reassuring any more, it'll be... a more open narrative then."
