English translation (please let the video run, preferably till the end, while you read, to support the channel):
"- Lavrov
- Russia is getting ready to hold accountable... to... Russia is getting ready to hold countries accountable for taking part in the war with Ukraine. And by the taking part, they mean supplying Ukraine with weapons.
- Russia wants to issue some... I'll call it decrees, verbal decrees... and it'll threaten several countries with war... Great Britain among others.
- Russia will accuse Great Britain, among others, of committing sabotages on Russia's territory. In other words, for the fact that NATO countries are supplying Ukraine with weapons... Russia will officially accuse these countries of committing... of taking part in sabotages. They won't call it war. Sabotages on Russia's territory. It'll be a diplomatic move, which will be bordering on diplomatic declaration of war, not physical declaration of war, but diplomatic declaration of war. This way, Russia will be threatening countries which are helping Ukraine, by supplying weapons... Russia will be threatening... with consequences, such as compensation, and other consequences.
- These decrees, which will be diplomatic decrees, aimed at some European countries... Great Britain, who knows if not Poland too. They'll also be kind of the last threshold... before the threat of war with Russia. It'll be kind of... a strong, firm diplomatic strike. And the leaders of the countries, who get (the decrees) from Russia... will be kind of on the verge... that if they keep taking part in it, then... the next step could be acts of war."
