English translation:

"- In European Union... there will be an idea, or a decision... about standardization of taxes... for European Union countries. Or... to create a unified tax for the whole Union... and, let's say, countries will still have their own tax policies, but European Union will start demanding a tax from all member countries, so also from Poland.
- European Union will want for citizens of all member countries to be liable to infrastructure tax... a tax, which every citizen who has income, will be subject to it. It doesn't have to be a big tax. But, another tax will be added, which will go to European Union, on top of all those taxes we already pay."
